This is a great little microscope. I use it at work (Biomedical Optics Lab). Instant images to my computer. It lets me see what I need to see right away. I love it! I've recommended it to colleagues.

Great for the money February 3, 2009 David A. Long (NC USA) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
Pros: Cost, Ease of use, Software is great,
Cons: Needs a stand, Auto color attempt to adjust to the largest visible object sometimes disrupting the color of the object you are viewing.
Perfect for college students. April 25, 2010 . (Collierville, TN) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I'm a Biology major and I love that I can take my microscope and laptop up to school and take pics of the slides I'm supposed to know, or take videos of things.
I would have rated this product a 4, but you really do need a stand like the other reviews suggest and there are only a couple of magnifications that actually work, but this is plenty for my purposes.
